Reconnecting Body and Mind is a free weekly skill-building and healthy living peer support group for people impacted by sexual violence. Sessions may include movement classes, nature walks, art, and nutritious cooking classes. Each week, participants will leave the workshop with a new skill and/or a physical gift that they can take with them.
As always, we call on everyone to wear orange on September 30th to show solidarity with those who attended residential schools across Canada. However, you don’t have to wait until September to wear your orange shirt, and you don’t even need a shirt to start a conversation
